Once you complete our brief Trip Discovery Form, we’ll reach out to arrange your complimentary consultation call. Our goal is to dig deep to get at what makes you really tick—what lights you up, what makes you nervous, what piques your curiosity—so we can design a trip that’s as singular as you are. Plus, if you have any questions for us, this is your chance to ask away!

Design
Next, we’ll send over your client forms and Design Fee (which typically starts at $300 and varies depending on the complexity of your trip). Once you take care of those, we’ll work with hand-picked travel partners to design a unique itinerary proposal for you and tweak it based on your feedback. Then we’ll make booking a breeze by stitching together everything for you, including hotels, transfers, tours, and more.

Deliver
With your final itinerary all booked, we’ll deliver you the goods—a.k.a. all your important travel documents! They’ll be housed in a nifty mobile app, Trip Plans, for easy access on the go. At this point, we can also book any concierge services for you, like restaurant reservations, museum tickets, and spa sessions.

Depart
All packed and prepped, it’s time to start your adventure! You can make the journey with complete confidence knowing your WGT advisor has your back back home—and you’ll get contact info for our in-destination travel support as well. We’ll check in with you when you return to ensure everything was better than you could’ve even imagined.

Do you charge a fee for your planning services?
Yes, we charge a Design Fee that covers your trip planning, management, and support. The fee varies depending on the complexity of the trip and typically begins at $300 per week of travel—we’ll share the exact fee with you after our complimentary consultation call together!
I’m used to planning trips on my own—why should I work with a travel advisor instead?
We think it comes down to two main things: value and expertise. Between the support we offer while you travel, our concierge-level service, and the luxury perks we can often snag for our clients, you get a lot more value out of a vacation designed by professionals vs. reserved on an impersonal online booking engine. And our deep travel expertise—along with our global connections—means we can hook you up with the kinds of once-in-a-lifetime experiences that just don’t pop up on Google.
I actually enjoy travel planning—will I be able to have input on my itinerary?
Of course! This is a collaborative process, where we work with you to design your ultimate escape. Some of our clients prefer to be more hands-on in the process, whereas others just want us to whip up something for them and then provide feedback—either approach is fine with us!
